I - Identification
The “Seller” has products for sale on the website www.may.com, and the “e-commerce” services are available exclusively to end users (consumers).
MAY reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers” or orders that do not comply with the general conditions of sale of the Seller MAY.
The “Consumer” must provide the “Seller” with an email address or details relating to another form of contact that are correct and complete, and accepts that the “Seller” may contact them using those details if MAY (Kstationery, Design e Produção Gráfica, Lda, Tax ID No. 506821676) deems it necessary.

II – Availability
Fulfilment of all orders placed on the website is subject to availability. MAY tries to ensure that all items listed for sale on the website are in stock.
However, it reserves the right not to accept any orders or to cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock.
In such cases, MAY will inform the customer and refund the amount paid.

III – Prices and Promotions
Prices
The prices of the products displayed are in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). The relevant shipping fee may also be added to the product price, depending on the respective address and destination country. You can check the shipping costs in the “shipping” section.
MAY reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
MAY is not bound by any offer in the event of spelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the information on the website. MAY reserves the right to cancel any purchase and sale concluded under such errors.
Promotions
The offers on the website are valid only at the time they are displayed, unless otherwise stated on the website.

IV - Exchanges and Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return them within 30 calendar days after receipt, provided that:

If you wish to exchange for a different item, you must first return your item and then purchase the new one. 
The products must not show signs of having been washed or used. 
If signs such as dirt, stains or odours are identified, even if resulting from trying the product on, we will not accept the return. 
The products must retain their original characteristics. 
The products must be complete with all the elements that make them up, such as labels and other elements that complement the product or the shipping box. 
Products that have been altered or show signs of use will not be accepted, even if resulting from trying the product on. 
If your return does not comply with any of these rules, we will not be able to accept it. In this case, we will send the product back to the address used for the order. This shipment will cost 15 euros, which must be paid in advance. Our Customer Support team will assist you with this process.

V – Warranty
All products have a legal warranty of 3 years, in accordance with the applicable legislation in force in the European Union. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact Customer Support at the following email address: marketing@kstationery.com.

VI – Liability
MAY shall only be liable for damages suffered by the customer if such damages result from breaches attributable to MAY’s contractual obligations towards the customer, or if MAY’s liability arises from applicable law.
